I began building several years ago because well...I'm cheap. My son needed a bed and I was determined to figure out how to design and build it myself. "Myself" turned into two friends and my grandpa helping me finish his loft bed. It was nice, but there wasn't that sense of accomplishment I wanted. I decided to follow plans for my next build. HELLO! Plans can teach you a lot about how to frame and join furniture correctly. I quickly accumulated a variety of builds under my tool belt (I don't actually wear a tool belt) and decided to start a business. Following plans lead to designing and creating many of my own builds. This is one reason I started a YouTube channel, so others could hopefully learn from my processes and mistakes as well as how to make their own.
